The People of Chattacon

All guests of honor, panelists, performers, presenters, artists or any other individual who may present in some way at Chattacon are booked in good faith and we have their guarantee that they will appear when we announce they will be at the convention. However, unforeseen events (illness, family emergencies or production work) may cause a particular guest to cancel.

Randy Walker

Randy Walker

Randy Walker is a local singer and instrumentalist. He is an experienced performer in many styles, including filk and Celtic Folk. You may catch him performing around the Chattanooga area as a member of the local Celtic band Ólta, or, occasionally, busking by himself. Don’t be surprised if he includes traditional Celtic music, con filk and SCA filk in a single set. That’s just how he rolls.

Randy has been coming to Chattacon since 1986, with his wife (and college sweetheart), Diane. They have both been part of the Chattacon staff family for a number of years.
