The People of Chattacon 

All guests of honor, panelists, performers, presenters, artists or any other individual who may present in some way at Chattacon are booked in good faith and we have their guarantee that they will appear when we announce they will be at the convention. However, unforeseen events (illness, family emergencies or production work) may cause a particular guest to cancel.

Julia Morgan-Scott

For the last forty years, Julia Morgan Scott has been a fan artist, most well-known for her work in the Hugo-Award winning fanzine Mimosa; a semipro fantasy artist whose work has appeared on game cards, horror novels and small magazines; and for the last 26 years, a scientific illustrator at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She also writes sonnets, and has had numerous letters published in Fortean Times Magazine.
