Star Wars FanForce is a feature of TheForce.net, one of the oldest and most visited fan-run Star Wars news websites, and is dedicated to helping Star Wars fans to meet and interact with other fans in their local community. Each FanForce is led by one or more Chapter Representatives who are responsible for the organization of group events. The Chattooine Outer Rim Lookouts is the officially recognized FanForce chapter for Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Chattooine is a non-profit club comprised of individuals who enjoy the Star Wars films, other aspects of the Star Wars franchise, and other aspects of science fiction. It was created in order to give fans in the Chattanooga area a chance to socialize and engage in activities relating to the varied aspects of the Star Wars franchise. We strive to keep Star Wars and Science Fiction alive in the eyes of the Chattanooga community and surrounding areas, and endeavor to give back to the community through charitable events.
As the Chattooine family grew, so did its interests and influence. Chattooine has embraced all kinds of costuming and charity functions. From Harry Potter to Pirates, Muppets to Masquerade Balls, convention organizers, Halloween enthusiasts, and even anime, Chattooine is THE place to go to get your geeky fix.
