Fan tables are available to fan groups, clubs, and organizations to showcase their group or event during the convention. Fan tables are a great opportunity to promote, recruit new members, raise awareness, and do community outreach.

Exhibitor Fan Table Information

Chattacon is happy to provide several exhibitor tables for fan clubs, conventions, organizations and individuals to exhibit their events/services. Our “Fan Tables” are located on the second floor, by the Art Show. They are available at no cost.

Along with the Fan Tables in this hallway is the Chattacon Freebie Table.

If you would like to exhibit at next year’s Chattacon event, please contact our Marketing & Department prior to August of 2022.

Fan Table Rules:

  • Exhibitors may only be fan clubs, conventions or events/organizations, or individuals such as artists or writers, exhibiting for purposes of promotion and publicity only.
  • Exhibitors MAY NOT sell products at their tables, only provide literature.
  • Exhibitors MUST agree to keep their tables open and staffed on Friday 3:00pm to 9:00pm and Saturday 10:00am to 6:00pm. (We ask that exhibitors also keep Sunday hours but do not require specific times). We cannot  accept exhibitors who cannot staff their tables throughout the weekend.
  • All exhibitors must have paid tickets to the convention. (Chattacon is willing to work with exhibitors to make sure enough staff people have paid tickets, but we will not offer exhibitor passes for free.)
