Registration is $40 until December 31, 2011 $50 at the door.

Hotel: We are pleased to be returning to the Chattanooga Choo-Choo! Chattacon’s special room rate is $89 if you book before January 1st. Make sure you mention Chattacon when registering to get the correct rate! To book your room, please call 1-800-TRACK-29.

Art Show: The Chattacon art show is well known throughout fandom as one of the best. A varied and interesting assortment of flat and 3D artwork will be on display for your viewing enjoyment and acquisition. A print shop will be also available.. Artist information may be obtained by emailing to artshow@chattacon.org.

Dealers’ Room: Up to 60 tables of dealers and their wares will be there, anxious to sell you their goods. Further dealer information may be obtained by contacting the chief dealer via email at dealersroom@chattacon.org. or the Chattacon P.O. Box. Please send us your table requirements with your request.

Gaming: Chattacon will be holding gaming tournaments in a number of popular role-playing, board and miniature games from a variety of sources. Chattacon will also offer its annual fare of computer-based and home arcade style games in the computer room. If you are interested in being a referee or gamemaster for a tournament, please send email to gaming@chattacon.org or computergaming@chattacon.org .

Programming: Chattacon plans to offer interesting panels, readings, discussions and demonstrations. If you have ideas please feel free to tell us – we are always looking for ways to improve our programming! If there is anything specific you’d like to see, drop us a line via email at programming @ Chattacon.org or the PO Box and we’ll try to accommodate you.

Chattacon Program Book: Chattacon is accepting ads for the 2012 Program Book. For additional information, please contact us via email at programbook@chattacon.org, or at the Chattacon PO Box.

Room Party Award: The rules are quite simple. Throw a room party and at some time during the evening, our panel of secret room party judges will come by and judge your party on theme, ambiance, food and drink. The high score takes home the award. The Gilded Margarita Glass Award is a vision to behold, not to mention being filled with a crisp $100 bill.
